Przepisy ADR- przewóz materiałów niebezpiecznych cysternami
Co jest czym przewóż materiałow niebezpiecznych wg. ADR?
W rozumieniu przepisów ADR do przewozu cystern oraz niektórych towarów niebezpiecznych wymagane jest stosowanie pojazdu, który został zbudowany zgodnie z odnośnymi przepisami. W celu rozróżnienia poszczególnych pojazdów wprowadzono następujące określenia:
– Pojazd EX/II lub pojazd EX/III oznacza pojazd przeznaczony do przewozu materiałów i przedmiotów wybuchowych (klasy 1.);
– Pojazd FL to pojazd przeznaczony do przewozu materiałów ciekłych o temperaturze zapłonu nie wyższej niż 60ºC w cysternach;
– Pojazd OX to oznacza pojazd przeznaczony do przewozu nadtlenku wodoru;
– Pojazd AT oznacza będzie to pojazd, inny niż pojazd EX/III, FL lub OX, przeznaczony do przewozu towarów niebezpiecznych w cysternach stałych lub w cysternach.
Pojazdy EX/II, EX/III, FL, OX, AT i MEMU powinny być poddawane corocznym badaniom technicznym w kraju ich rejestracji, w celu potwierdzenia zgodności z odpowiednimi wymaganiami oraz z ogólnymi przepisami bezpieczeństwa (dotyczącymi układów hamulcowych, oświetlenia itp.) obowiązującymi w kraju ich rejestracji. Zgodność pojazdu z wymaganiami powinna być potwierdzona przez przedłużenie ważności świadectwa. Podczas badań stwierdza się między innymi, czy pojazd spełnia aktualne wymagania w zakresie konstrukcji oraz spełnia aktualne zalecenia w zakresie wyposażenia.
Nowa wersja przepisów ADR z 2011 r. wprowadziła przepis przejściowy (1.6.5.13) pozwalający na powolne dostosowanie praktyki do wymagań legislacyjnych. Zgodnie z nim przyczepy zarejestrowane po raz pierwszy (lub dopuszczone do ruchu, jeżeli rejestracja nie jest wymagana) przed 1 lipca 1995 r., wyposażone w układ przeciwpoślizgowy zgodny z Regulaminem EKG Nr 13 wraz ze zmianami serii 06, lecz niezgodny z wymaganiami dla układu przeciwpoślizgowego kategorii A, nadal mogą być używane.

Nalepka ostrzegawcza dla klasy 3
Nalepka „materiał szkodliwy dla środowiska”
ADR 2009 wprowadził nowe oznaczenie. Informuje ono o zagrożeniu dla środowiska. (ryba i drzewo). Oznaczenie takie jest wymagane dla sztuk przesyłki oraz pojazdów.

Benzyna (33-1203),
Nafta (30-1223).
Alkohol skażony (denaturat) 30-1095
